Delivery Options
We offer flexible ways to receive your order:
- In-Store Pickup: Collect your order from our showroom on Bribie Island, North Brisbane, QLD. 197 First Ave, Bongaree Qld 4507
- Local Delivery: Available for Bribie Island, Caboolture and local areas.
- Courier Shipping: Orders outside these areas are shipped via registered courier services, with tracking provided where possible.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on:
- The size, weight, and nature of the item
- Your delivery location entered at checkout
A shipping cost will be displayed automatically during checkout.
Large or Bulky Items
For large or heavy products, our team will contact you with a freight or delivery quote. Please allow up to 24 hours after placing your order for this information (during business days).
Dispatch & Timeframes
- We endeavour to package and dispatch all in-stock items within 24 hours of order placement.
- Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, but we make every effort to ensure prompt dispatch.

Most orders include tracking information. For local deliveries, one of our team members may deliver your items directly.
